Aminulrasyid Amzah Vs Police and Sarah vs Weird woman

My mum asked me to write this in my 'Facebook or whatever' instead of  to keep on expressing my dissatisfaction towards 'that thing' VERBALLY. Well, here it goes.

My mum asked me to send my sis to her tuition place, which is located at a few kilometres from my house. So I sent her there. All went smoothly UNTIL.....

Okay, I turned/navigated the car to the left to 'U-turn'. And one impatient car suddenly speed-ed in front of me, which resulted to me almost hitting her car, of which, I DID NOT. Okay fine, I know my mistake. She too, should know that I'm just a probationary driver with the 'P' sticker at the back of the car. I did NOT hit her car! If I did, I would have heard some scratching sound and a BAM! sound upon contact with that car of HERS. Yes, HER. Not him. Only women would be emotional (cakap pasal diri sendiri).

In a way, I do admit that it's PARTLY my mistake. The faults shouldn't be placed entirely on me. I know my mistake, and so I went off just like some inconsideratedriversyouseespeedingoffonthe highwaythoughyou'rebloodyangrywithhimbutyoudon'thaveanychoicebuttolether/himgoandcursingandmutteringinthecar,blabbing,cursingagain.

Well, what do you expect? Do you need to follow that inconsiderate driver to her house, DEMANDING a measly apology?

YES! That's what she just DID! I am 90 % sure that I didn't hit her car and then she went off chasing me like a lunatic driver, following me to my house, which made me 90% sure that I had hit her car. Initially, she was going to the opposite direction. After that almost-accident incident, I looked at the rear mirror and heaved a sigh of relief, making a mental note NOT to ever do that again! Then suddenly she sped off, FOLLOWING ME! Dahla laju pulak tu!

I didn't stop. It's my fault. Who asked me not to stop? But then maybe, I made quite a wise decision of not stopping and just straight away letting her followed me to my house. She kept on honking her car at me!
Then, I stopped in front of my house. She stopped. She went out from her car. Her face all angry. I went out, looking at her for a moment, waving my hand, saying I'm sorry and went inside the house. And she asked angrily 'Hah, nak pegi mana tu?'

Excuse me, it's my HOUSE! Do you expect me to stop at some stranger's house and went in? It's my house la, woman, even if you want a compensation for the so-called damage I've done to your not-a-BMW-nor-is-it-a-mercedes-car-but-instead-it's-just-a-measlyMYVI you can just come to my house.

I said to her 'Sorry, saya nak jumpa mak saya!'
My mum opened the door, let me in and I said 'I hit somebody's car! She's outside!' and I went inside, hiding like a coward. My mum put on her tudung and went outside.

Then she talked to that lady.Oh wait, WEIRD WOMAN. I'm expecting the woman to demand a compensation or what. Then my mum went inside, saying 'No la, you didn't hit her car,'
I was flabbergasted. Now why the heck did she follow me back to my house, behaving like some psycho lunatic?

My mum said that she just wanted me to stop and thus 'advising me on the right and correct way to drive as I'm stilla probationary driver'. I got sick when I heard this.Who does she think she is? JPJ people? Driving instructor?

I asked my mum 'Would you or Abah went on chasing some drivers back to their houses when there's no damage done to your cars? Only weird people would do that,'

I was so FURIOUS with that WEIRD WOMAN. Still am furious. My mum calmly said 'She just wanted to talk to you nicely, bagi nasihat, all that,'
Oh really? As if she would talk to me 'nicely' .She would have 'marah-marah me instead!Like, seriously, kan?? I can read the personalities and behaviours of weird people who come chasing some inconsiderate drivers to their houses. They are not very patient! Those weird people, I mean.

And my mum said 'Next time, when the same situation occurred, stop,'

I asked back lamely 'What if that person's a guy? It will be dangerous!'

'Don't get out from the car. Just say 'Aunty, I'm really sorry,' and just let her babbled and scold you absent-mindedly on what she has to say,'
My mum is a very calm person. I am not like her. I am still growing. She's a matured lady. I am not. She is a well-behaved adult, whereas I am an immatured-childish-infantile teenager (I'm still 19!) who doesn't know how to handle such measly problems.

Okay, I'm slowly letting it go now. It really infuriates me to think that she FOLLOWED ME all the way home just to DEMAND an apology when there's NO DAMAGE DONE?! I repeat, her car is OK! No dents, no scratch, no whatever!

Now I know who's the one who is NOT MATURED. Even adults do not behave like adults. That's a FACT. I bet she is furious for not being able to scold me right onto my face. HAHAHA.

And thinking back, I couldn't help but to correlate the situation that happened to 15-year-old Arwah Aminulrasyid Amzah, who drove his mum's car at the wee hours of the morning. Saw a road block and sped off to the opposite direction while the police chased him and later, shot him.

Now I know how he must have felt. He must have been very scared while he was inside the car, the police chasing after him. I was very scared too, with that woman chasing after me.
He did not stop. Me too. I did not stop. He wanted to escape from his problems. Me too. I wanted to escape. That shows that he is not matured (of course, he's just FIFTEEN!). I am still not matured, running away from problems (in that case, that weird woman). I should have just faced her like a matured adult. I learned my lesson. Next time, stop. Don't panic. Be extra extra careful when driving the car.

And I bet, in fact, I'm 100% sure that Arwah Aminulrasyid must have learned his lesson to NEVER ever secretly used his mum's car when the police chased after him. I'm sure that he will not do the same thing ever again if he is still alive. But too bad, the police shot him.

I'm grateful though. That it's the WEIRD WOMAN who chased after me for some small reasons and not some police. And I am grateful that I am still alive. At least I learned some lessons and know how to behave and react the next time around (of which I don't ever want to encounter again). I feel sorry for arwah. He is still fifteen. He is not matured. He could have learned ONE valuable lesson on that fateful night (morning) if he could have just stopped, and thus not being shot to death by the police.

I should stop running away from problem. I never did, this is the first time I ever ran from a problem. Or that problem will come chasing after you (that weird woman). Instead, I should just face the problem (that weird woman), and after that woman had finished her lectures-on-how-to-become-an-excellent-responsible-matured-driver-just-like-her, I could just go home, smiling proudly for I have tackled that problem just like how an adult should do.

I do not blame the police. I do not blame Aminulrasyid either. It's just, things happened... It has been destined.

I will still drive. That measly problem will not affect me nor will it leaves a scar on me. It will be a constant reminder to me whenever I drive. And that will make me be extra careful and calm instead of being panic-stricken girl I've always been.

After all, life is a series of lessons. You learned about the mechanism of heart beats or whatever from Biology Class, you learned Calculus from maths Class. You learned about life from well...life itself.

Thank you Allah. Thank you Mum. Err..thank you, weird woman. And sorry.
Another lesson learned: Patience. Sabar itu separuh daripada iman.

I'm gonna become a Drug Dealer! Cool, huh? :P

First of all, those who are reading now, please don't report this to Agensi Anti Dadah Kebangsaan or even, the Police. I don't want to go to court, jail, Pusat Serenti, etc. O___o

I HATE DRUGS. YOUTH ABHORES DRUGS! Erkk, it doesn't sound as catchy as 'BELIA BENCI DADAH'. Justeru, saya benci dadah! Fullstop!

Instead of becoming those good-for-nothings drug dealers out there, yang merosakkan bangsa, agama dan negara, I'm going to become an 'educated' drug dealer. The one with degree of specialization in drugs. The one who is licensed to sell drugs. The one who sells drugs legally, LOL.

Drug dealer? In some overseas countries, pharmacy is called drug store. So, pharmacist equals to...drug dealer! Sort of XD. So when I said I'm gonna become a drug dealer, it means that I'll become a pharmacist in the future, insya-Allah.Alhamdulillah. I'm eternally grateful.

CFS students, you can check your online offer letter of admission to Kulliyyah here. :)

www. iium.edu.my/anr  and click on the online offer letter for ex-CFS students. Key in your old matric number and I.C. number. It's easy as ABC. But maybe the internet connection lambat macam siput, so be patient la.
Don't have enough space for these printscreens,so I resized it to 'large'.Don't care, LOL.

I'm so poyo. As if people would want to stalk me or what.. T________T.

Oh,thank you government, haha. :D
One thing I'd like to know is do we have to apply for PTPTN? Then what about the JPA Penajaan Tambahan SPM 9As above? Dah isi borang semua, then what?

EDIT: A senior said that JPA will sponsor students from these three courses (Medic, Denti, Pharm) so no need to apply for PTPTN. Well, hopefully.

Again, Thank you Allah. If this is the path that you have destined for me to be in, then I'm sure that it is the best for me. Congrats to all. Somehow, I'm quite worried, oh, never mind that.

On top of that, my younger brother Syafiq is offered a place in CFS, IIUM in the Engineering course. Alhamdulillah. His matric number starts with 101 and mine too, starts with 101. Hehe.

Alhamdulillah. =)

Oh, just found out that drug dealers are called 'street pharmacists'.  T_____T

I grew up watching Classics

People might call me old, but I love listening to oldies songs. I grew up watching a variety of classic movies, musicals, and I love to sing-along together with the casts. Those movies are immensely popular during the old days and still are ( I guess).

First of all, my ALL TIME favourite classic:
MARY POPPINS (1964)
I ADORE MARY POPPINS!:D
Mary, Bert, Michael and Jane. :)

Mary Poppins, played by Julie Andrews (Queen Clarisse from The Princess Diaries)

The movie has a lot of memorable quotes and the songs, musics, dances, are awesome. My favourite saying would be
'SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIUS!' Try saying it in one go! :P

 The Sound of Music (1965)

Maria is portrayed by Julie Andrews too!
Captain Von Trapp (Christopher Plummer) is hot! singing 'Edelweiss' with his children.
The Von Trapp children.

This one's my favourite too. As usual, this movie has a variety of AWESOME songs.

And to tell you this, the Korean Drama 'You're Beautiful' uses some ideas from this movie.
Maria is a wannabe nun. Go Mi Nam (I forgot her real lady name) is a wannabe nun.
Maria is uncertain whether this is the path she should really take. The same goes with Go Mi Nam.
Maria has a Mother Superior who always supports her. Go Mi Nam too.
Maria went out from the church. Go Mi Nam, like duh!
Maria has a beautiful voice. Go Mi Nam -Like duh duh duh!
Okay, that's all. Can't afford to list more. -____- You'll understand what am I talking about if you watched both the classic movie AND the Korean Drama. :P

 My Fair Lady (1964)
Audrey Hepburn is super 'loverly'! This movie won EIGHT Academy Awards.
It tells the story of Eliza Doolitle, a flower girl who turned into a lady by Professor Henry Higgins. Well, sort of. Julie Andrews was supposed to play the part of Eliza Doolittle but the director (?) picked Audrey Hepburn to play the part instead. Rex Harrisson wasn't really happy initially. O___O
Higgins and Doolittle.

The King and I (1956)
a 1956 movie starring Deborah Kerr as Anna Leonowens and Yul Brynner as King Mongkut.
King Mongkut and Anna Leonowens. An odd couple. :P
King Mongkut Yul Brynner is effin funny! I cracked each time I see his face and heard him saying his most favourite word in the film- ETCETERA, ETCETERA, ETCETERA. :D
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (1968)
Stars Dick van Dyke who played Bert in Mary Poppins.
I don't remember much about the storyline. But I can recall that there is a widowed inventor who live with his children. He invented a car that could fly and off they went to a faraway land. Sounds interesting, huh? Of course, ROALD DAHL co-write the story! :D

Bedknobs and Broomsticks(1971)
David Tomlinson who played George Banks in Mary Poppins starred as Emelius Browne in this movie.
They ventured into the world of animations-literally. It's quite similar to Mary Poppins. About the storyline, I do remember that the woman is a witch next door, Emilius Browne is a widowed father with three kids. They had an adventure, traveling on the bed.Err, well, correct me if I'm wrong.

The Wizard of Oz (1939)
I'm sure you guys are familiar with this story.

Dorothy, Scarecrow, Cowardly Lion, Tin Man

Gone With The Wind (1939)
It tells the story of a vain, spoiled and beautiful woman named Scarlett O'Hara (Vivien Leigh) who is very popular with the guys. But the one she truly loves is Ashley (yeah, a guy) who unfortunately, loves another woman and is engaged to marry that woman. Scarlett then married Rhett Butler (Clark Gable). In the book, it is stated that Scarlett married a couple of times before getting married to Rhett Butler. The setting is in the midst of World War 1.
This movie has a rather tragic ending. No happy ending. Thanks to the selfish Scarlett who finally realised that the one she truly loves is Rhett Butler. But then, it's too late already, huh!
Margaret Mitchell refused to write a sequel. I don't know why. But Alexandra Ripley had been assigned by the Mitchell estate to write 'Scarlett', the sequel to Gone with the Wind. I've read the book when I was in secondary school and it has happy ending, like finally!

Scarlett O'Hara in front of the antebellum house in Tara.

I remember that TV3 used to broadcast these wonderful classics during school holidays in the 'Alam Ria Cuti Sekolah' segment in the 90's. Disney did, too.

That is, before DISNEY CHANNEL ORIGINAL MOVIES like High School Musical, Wizards of Waverly Place, Hannah Montana the movie, Camp Rock, etcetera, etcetera(I'm imagining Yul Brynner's face as I said this, LOL) become popular.

Ah well, I still choose Mary Poppins over the overrated teenage love story of High School Musical.
:D

First movie is excluded. The sequels are getting more and more overrated and annoying (to me, at least).
I like this scene! :D

Alamak, what am I doing? I'm supposed to write about classics, not to start all over on the reviews of the High School Musical trilogy!
I shall digress now.
Or maybe I should stop.
:D

But before that,my most favourite Disney modern movie.

Most probably  it's because Julie Andrews is in it.:D
END.

Hana Yori Dango Parody!

This is really HILARIOUS!
You'll get what I mean if you watched the original JAPANESE version of Boys Before Flowers-----> Hana Yori Dango. Yes, I prefer the Japanese version over the Korean version. =)

Domyouji becomes DomyouZ (zee)
Hanazawa Rui becomes Hanazawa Vui
Makino becomes well...Makino. :P

From the side view, those guys who played Domyouji and Rui almost looked like the real actors but as the camera gets closer, I burst into laughter upon seeing their facial expressions. Hahaha. XD

There's supposed to be a Part 2 but unfortunately, Youtube removed it due to 'terms of use violation'. GRRR!!

Spirited Away

I watched this 9 years ago. T___T. My uncle's.
And I bought the same thing yesterday for RM10.90. DVD. I bought it from the CD-Rama section in Popular Bookstore because I couldn't find any in the CD shops. (Including Speedy)
And I watched it twice already. I love the soundtrack, I love the plots, I love the characters, I love Chihiro, Kamajii, Haku, I love EVERYTHING in it (except the pig parts-agree with Julia here).

So, I'm gonna buy this pulak.

A compilation of Studio Ghibli's EIGHTEEN award winning animes! EIGHTEEN! Yes, EIGHTEEN!
This cover's ugly. I found better looking cover in Speedy. And it's in half price some more. In. Speedy. In Sungai Petani. This place is pathetic because there's only ONE SPEEDY shop available here. Anyone from Sungai Petani, don't buy this. It's already RESERVED for me, okay! :P

It's worth it, I tell you. Studio Ghibli produced the best animations ever in Japan. Even the Pixar's creators watched Studio Ghibli's movies to seek new ideas for their upcoming movies! In Kisarazu Cat's Eye, those two guys cried watching a Studio Ghibli animation.

Enough already. I'm so gonna buy this. Full stop.

Tagged by Kinah the Kino. :P

Once you’ve been tagged, you have to write a post with sixteen random things, habits or goals about you. At the end, choose five people to be tagged, listing their names and why you chose them. Don’t forget to leave a comment (“You’re tagged!”), and to read your blog, you can’t tag a person who tagged you. Since you can’t tag me, let me know when you’ve posted your blog, so I can see your weirdness.

1. I talked to myself a lot. Almost every time, anywhere, in any situation. I'm talking to myself as I typed this right now.

2. I fell into the school drain three times, and I laughed like an idiot instead of feeling embarrassed.

3. I like to eat burger/fries/keropok lekor/crabsticks/sausages without the ketchup or the chili sauce.I like to eat ZC's Chicken Chop/Fish N Chip without the gravy.

4. I could finish one big pack of Milo Fuze within 2 weeks. One can of  Tuna within one night.

5. I would rather walk to my friend's room situated at the end of the Mahallah than to waste spend 10 cent replying her message. I'll clarify everything with her face to face because later on, she'll keep on sending short SMS-es and thus I have to answer all those SMS-es and wasted spent 50 cents overall. Though I use post-paid.

6.Whenever I feel hungry at, let's say, 11 p.m at night, I will not hesitate to go down from my room at Level 4 to the ZC Kiosk at ground level just to buy foods.

7. I have been holding the P class driving license for almost 2 years now and yet I'm not an expert driver.

8. I dislike driving. I prefer cycling and walking. And taking public transport. Or people drive the car for me. :P

9. I will not hesitate to spend RM 50 for a paperback book rather than to spend it on a brand new Maybelline Water-proof mascara that costs RM10 less than the price of the book.

10. I'm a self-proclaimed bookaholic. I have like, more than 5 unread books and recently,I bought two new ones. -____-

11. I love walking,  A LOT! and I walked really fast, especially when I'm late for class. Some of my classmates called me 'The Lightning'.

12. I dislike running, though. I hate to be drenched in sweat and get wet.

13. I'm an extremely paranoid person. My imagination/paranoia is beyond the limit (is there any limit?). Let's say, we're taking this taxi at night to go to the bus station, I would imagine that he is a serial killer/rapist, he will bring us to some lonely roads with his friends waiting there. Of course, I made up a plan. I will choke him behind his back. Pull the handbrake. Then, my friends will use the knife to threaten him and I will drive the car to the police station. Ok, pretty paranoid, kan? Or when it's already late and my friend hasn't returned from her outing. I imagined all kinds of things that might happen. Then I got worried and called her.

14. There was a week which I called 'Wendy's week'. I went to Wendy's FIVE times in that whole week. With Jemmie, With Hazie, With my dad, With Soul, With Syidah, Soul and Eka. Haih.

15. I love old songs. I listen to Klasik Nasional sometimes.

16. I prefer to drink plain water from clear glass made of real glass, not plastic glass. And I tend to drink lots of water when I used the 'glass' glass.I couldn't fathom why. More hygienic, I guess. ( is there such thing?)

Persons been tagged: Kimura Takuya, Matsumoto Jun, Jung Yong Hwa, Alec Su.
Why I tagged them: Because they're my hotties! XD

Just kidding, anyone who reads this, you are MOST welcomed to do this tag. :)

The Lovely Bones Book review

The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold.
Ratings: :) :) :)

I found this when I explored The Times Bookshop in Singapore.
It captured my interest when the synopsis at the back reads ‘My name is Salmon, like the fish, first name, Susie. I was fourteen when I was murdered on December 6, 1973.’

And off I flipped the first few pages of the book. The part that made me hurried to the paying counter was when George Harvey, the main antagonist of this story said ‘Take your clothes off. I want to check that you’re still a virgin,’ I’m not a pervert but I must say this sentence gave some impact on me at that time. (Still does)

Maybe it’s because I was (am) still obsessed with the ‘Junko Furuta case’ that I went on exploring the internet about all other homicides/murders committed by people all around the world. Urghh. I’m weird, I know.

This is Susie Salmon, played by Saoirse Ronan (Seer-Sya Ronan).

Okay, I'm writing a book review, not a movie review. Never mind, to help you imagine better. *nodded head*

I shall not start writing long winded synopsis of this novel. You can just read it from anywhere. I’ll just write what I think about it.

 Salmon and Singh

There are more narrative descriptions than dialogues depicted in this novel.
I don't like this part. The part where Susie entered Ruth’s body and made love with her teenage crush, Ray Singh. I mean, she only had like, less than 24 hours in Ruth’s body and the ONLY thing she did was THAT??? I totally can’t understand you, Susie Salmon! At least meet your parents and siblings for a while. Tell them you’re okay. Tell them not to worry about you and go on with their lives as you are living ‘Happily ever after’ in heaven up there. And yeah, tell them where did Harvey bury your body parts, pfttt..
 George-PitymeIhavetroubledchildhood- Harvey
There are some elements of suspense as well. The part where Jack Salmon was hit in the cornfield and also the part where Lindsey sneaked into Harvey's house and ripped a page off Harvey's sketchbook. The page? What page? Read the book by yourself, will you!

And I’m a bit mad about what happened to Harvey in the end.  It seems like worldly justice is never served. He died all alone by himself. Fine, being hit by icicles. LOL. I would prefer it if the writer puts it like, ‘George Harvey was eaten by the crocodiles when he fell from the boat at the Amazon River. His body was never found,’ Good for him, then. He should suffer the same cause of death as what he did to his victims.

But then, it would be illogical as well. So, George Harvey suffered some kind of a troubled childhood and it had some aftereffects that resulted to him killing people like DUHHH….It seems like the writer’s trying to instill sympathy towards George Harvey in us, the readers. She’s trying to convey that the blame shouldn’t be entirely put on Harvey. He couldn’t help it. He had a troubled childhood. Sorry, FAILED!

Okay, too much information revealed. But then, it’s quite interesting. You can start reading it and you can put it away anytime you wanted. Then you can start reading again. And when you reached the boring part, you can put it down again. Then you can read it halfway, and watch Arashi shows. But really, it’s a good attempt as this is Alice Sebold’s debut novel. It’s not easy to write a novel, I can assure you that. Maybe the movie would be more interesting. My blurb would be…

‘ ‘putdownable’!’

Hey, at least I rated it 3 smileys! :D

My Fair Princess

My Fair Princess/Princess Returning Pearl/Huan Zhu Ge Ge is based on a series of books by a Chinese Writer named Qiong Yao.
The second season broke China TV's record with the highest rating ever,
achieving almost 50% viewership in all local TV stations. (wikipedia, n.d.) LOL.
Now, it is aired again on NTV7 weekdays, 2.30-3.30 p.m. A must see!

I watched this 11 years ago and I still love it after 11 years :P
Why? Because it awakens your wonderful childhood memories. Back then, one of the things I was worried about is whether I could watch My Fair Princess everyday (not missing a single episode). The thing that I really wanted most is the complete My Fair Princess boxset which caused RM 233.90 back then. Yes, I still remember the exact price. Of course my parents couldn't tolerate such infatuations whenever I begged them to buy me that boxset.

I remember becoming all gloomy and upset when I stepped out of the car to attend Music class. I kept on pleading and ushering them to buy me and of course they refused to do so.
When they picked me up, my mum had bought a complete series of 'What Katy Did' instead. That was the last time I ever mentioned about My Fair Princess again.

I fall in love with the characters and the colourful images that they portrayed. I love their dresses-the headgears especially, the DEELISH Wu Ar Ge (Fifth prince), the hyper Xiao Yan Zhi, the storylines and the music. Yeah!
I first watched My Fair Princess 2 Cantonese Version in  1999. Then I watched My Fair Princess 1 Mandarin Version in 2000. Then My Fair Princess 2 Mandarin Version in 2001. :D
In Cantonese version,
Xiao Yan Zhi is Siew Yin Chi.
Zhi Wei is Chi Mei,
Yong Qi is Weng Kei,
Er Kang is Yi Hong.
Jing Soh is Jin Suo (LOL)

And in 2005, My Fair Princess 3 was aired on 8TV. I switched on the TV, eager to watch the characters that I love dearly. Imagine my surprise and disappointment 1 minute later.
Most of the original casts had been replaced in My Fair Princess 3! Like, seriously. No one can play the part of Xiao Yan Zhi than Vicki Zhao herself! Erk. And no one can replace Alec Su as Wu Ar Ge. :P
Oklah, brief synopsis.

My Fair Princess 1.
Xia Zhi Wei and Jin Suo traveled all the way to Beijing from Canton because Zhi Wei wanted to search for her father upon her mother's request before death. Her father is the Emperor Qian Long of China himself. They met Xiao Yan Zhi. The two of the become sworn sisters and Xiao Yan Zhi helped Zhi Wei to deliver the painting and poem to the Emperor. The three of them climbed the hill because the Emperor and his comrades were hunting deers at that time. hahaha. Zhi Wei and Jin Suo couldn't keep up with the pace so Xiao yan Zhi went up by herself. Wu Ar Ge accidentally shoot Xiao Yan Zhi with the arrow. She was almost unconscious then the emperor saw the painting and the fan (poem) and he was shocked. He commanded Xiao Yan Zhi be brought to the palace and be treated.
So you get it, the mix up. Emperor thought that Xiao Yan Zhi is his long lost daughter. Then Zhi Wei came into the palace, romance sparked and you know what happened la.

My Fair Princess 2.
The continuation of My Fair Princess 1. More episodes, more romance, more laughter. A really hilarious happy ending. Hahaha. Okay, Wu Ar Ge and Xiao Yan Zhi got married while Zhi Wei and Er Kang got married as well. The mixed up is so hilarious like I was ROFL!

My Fair Princess 3. THE SADDEST season I've ever watched. Zhi Wei and Er Kang had a 5 year old son ( I guess). Due to her hyperactive nature, Xiao Yan Zhi had suffered various miscarriages. Then that stupid Lau Fo Ye (Dowager Empress) commanded that Wu Ar Ge is to be married with stupid Zhi Hua, a girl of her choice. Okay, it is so sad la. The settings are in the time of war with the Myanmar people. Finally, Yong Qi gave up his Wu Ar Ge title so that he and Xiao Yan Zhi can spend their lives together OUTSIDE the palace. They had kids and lived happily ever after. SO SADDD..

The new casts.

In My Fair Princess 3, Only the actors/actresses who played Er Kang, Qing Er and Lau Fo Ye remains. aadasfafz;sfkzfhlk

Image googled from wikipedia.
To know more about My Fair Princess, go to this site

The original casts are really well known nowadays. Vicki Zhao who played Xiao Yan Zhi starred in Shaolin Soccer with Stephen Chow  and So Close with Shu Qi and Fann Wong? I forgot already and in many other movies.
Alec Su starred with Korean actress Chae-Rim in one particular movie I forgot the title. He also played the part of Emperor in 'The Mischievous Princess' with Jang Nara.

Till then, toodles!

AWESOME!

Watched this with Syidah before. Still think it's awesome! :)
Kind of inspires me to learn how to play electric guitar.Haha.
And I've always loved Canon in D. All versions of it. But nothing beats the original,of course.

These bring back memories

It has been almost three years now...

I'm gonna visit Convent soon.
....and I'm gonna soon realize that
some of my favourite teachers are no longer there,
someone has occupied my desk,
no familiar sights of good old friends,
All that's left is the writings on the wall.

The Transformers of UIA

Hello folks! I shall be in a short hiatus due to the imminent final exams. By that, this will be the last post for this month. It's supposed to be in the MEDCY Magazine but I don't know whether this will get published or not, LOL. So, this is it.

ENJOY! :D
The Transformers of UIA

We are the students of UIA. And by that,

We must abide by the rules set by our university and dressed according to the dress code. Baju kurungs, jubahs, Punjabi suits, toe-covered shoes, hijabs/tudungs that covered the chest, thick socks, STRICTLY loose clothes only! And don’t forget the matric cards.
(In fear of being fined by the Makcik Guard and the Mahallah Office people)

We must not show any form of intimate interactions with the brothers/sisters. We must not even sit in the same table with them even in the library and the cafes. We must not sit together with them in class. We must follow the rules and regulations of UIA. There are even signs stated ‘Males and Females please sit separately’ being hung everywhere. And thus we must abide by that.
(To avoid being bombarded with deathly stares from everyone. Can they please mind their own businesses?)

We must not have intimate relationships with them because we are good Muslims. Coupling is HARAM in Islam. There’s even the ‘No coupling’ campaign here in UIA.
(To avoid being bad-mouthed by other conservative people. They are SO outdated and old-fashioned)

We must wear socks and T-shirt that covered the bums whenever we wanted to go down to the café. Oh, we must!
(Again, same reason as above)

We must lower down our gazes whenever we meet other students of the opposite gender.
(Is it wrong to just take a look at someone we have a crush on?)

We must perform the 5 daily prayers everyday, without failing to do so. And we must not delay the prayers.
(As our roommates are extremely pious people and we had to perform congregational prayer with them FIVE times a day)

For the brothers, it is compulsory for the brothers to perform the Solat Jumaat every Friday. They are obliged to do so.
(The fellows will do spot checks every Friday afternoon)

We must not use the staircase in front of Mahallah Abu Bakar except during overnight outing and pasar malam outing.
(Like, what’s the difference?)

Outing Rules.

We must dress appropriately, covering our Aurah as we wouldn’t want the Pakcik Guard (especially the one with moustache)a.k.a Uncle Misai to criticize and make irrelevant remarks on our clothes and thus asked any one of us to go back to our room and get changed.

Black jubah is a necessity! It is loose, in dark colour, and it could prevent people of the opposite gender from looking at us with a lustful intentions.

The tudung/hijab MUST cover the chest. We are good Muslimahs. We must follow the Islamic teachings. Oh wait; we must follow the UIA rules.

Outside the UIA Boundary

In the mall, we will go to the washroom and let the evolutionary process begins.
The steps in the evolutionary/ transforming process are:

1. The black Jubah that serves as a shield that protects the UIA people from being fined by Pak Cik Guard is now taken off, revealing a short, tight, body-hugging small sized blouse (Though people might have the impression that we wear our 7-year old sisters’ clothes) Oh yeah, tight jeans is a necessity so that we can fling our booties.

2. The long, bothersome tudungs that covered the chest is now taken off. Replaced with a really short, almost transparent selendang. (People who knows nothing about fashion might mistook it as an extra large sized HANDKERCHIEF that we’re wearing there). The selendang should not necessarily cover the chest. We will just have to twist it around here and there around the neck (Conservative unfashionable people might have the impression that we’re trying to commit suicide).

3. A wide range of Make-up collections are taken out from the bag. Pink mauve Dior lipstick is applied on our lips, the lashes heavily mascara-ed, a tint of blusher on each side of the cheeks, Lancôme foundation covered the flaws on our skin.

Presto! One phase of transformation is now complete.

4. We’ll smile in satisfaction and start camwhoring in front of the toilet mirrors, celebrating our success. Lo and behold, we are now TRANSFORMED!

Now, get out from the bathroom.

It is already 2 p.m. Zuhur prayer, anyone?

Oh, no thanks. We’ll do other stuffs first. Only THEN, will we search for the musolla for Zuhur prayer. Where’s the musolla anyway? Oohh, there’s a huge discount on that GUCCI handbag. Let’s go and see THAT first!

We are UIA students who come along and get together.*cue CFS song*

Not necessarily. Some of us give knowing smiles and we resented, knowing that they are off to meet their significant others there. Far ahead, we see an extremely good looking guy waiting for one of us. She struts towards him and together they hold their hands. Oh, how romantic.

We spotted some UIA guys drooling over the Caucasian lady who wore nothing but a piece of scanty dress with a low plunging neckline. Tsk. Tsk. They should lower down their gazes.

And off we went to have some fun. There are some drop dead gorgeous guys who offer us to have meal together with them in the same table. This is too good to be true. We chatted with the guys and they asked for our phone numbers. Sometimes, they smile at us and we smile back giddily and ahem… with a slight tinge embarrassment. We do not lower down our gaze, though. Sorry we disappointed you, UIA. Oh well, whatever.

Time really passes when we’re having a good time. It’s almost 6 p.m.

We made our way to the washroom again, not surprised to see other UIA girls TRANSFORMING once again into the hideous black jubahs. Faces cleaned, rouge stain of lipstick wiped off, we now look like innocent, good UIA students.

Back to UIA. We tried to hide our irritated faces when the extremely pious roommates asked us to join them for the congregational prayer. The guys from the Mall sent us messages, saying that they wanted to meet us again next week, this time in The Pavilion. Could this be…a DATE? We smiled dreamily and dozed off, dreaming of sunshine and butterflies. And our princes. What a long yet wonderful day.

We have to attend the morning classes the next day. We wear our baju kurung, the tudung that cover our chest, socks that cover our feet, and a gaze that is lowered down.

As we put on our matric cards, we are automatically the students of UIA. We must abide by the rules and regulations set by UIA.

When WE ARE IN UIA.

This is the real scenario of UIA students. Siapa makan cili dia yang terasa pedasnya. :PP

Anyway, just relax and take this as a dry humour. Don't take everything TOO seriously.
To the outsiders: Being UIA students doesn't mean that we possess extremely good and pious attitudes. Be it UIA students, UM students, UiTM and any other students from other universities, we are all normal human beings who tend to make mistakes.
Hatta pelajar UIA pun takkan lari dari membuat kesilapan. And this post only showcased the scenario of some UIA students. Isolated cases. But I can guarantee that most of us are good Muslims. :D
P/S. My personality/behaviour is not that good pun. ^__^

Uncle Misai and Sarah Sarcastic

Malas nak cerita panjang2. Tapi rasanya akan jadi panjang gak.

Waktu tu RAFEST. Nak pergi keluar Uncle Misai tak bagi. Dia kata seluar aku ketat sangat, walaupun tu pants biasa, dia cakap seluar aku tu spesis Seluar Jeans jugak. So aku pun naik atas tukar seluar, baru dia bagi pergi.
Esoknya, pergi outing lagi. Nak boycott RAFEST! Muahahahaha. Aku dengan Soul pergi keluar lagi. Hari sebelumnya pergi Mid. Hari ni nak pergi Jaya One pulak.

Alamak, Uncle Misai yang semalam tu lagi! Uncle Misai ni rajin betul la. Aku tersengih-sengih. Dengan tudung yang senget and all. :P

' Jaya One,'

Uncle Misai tanya lagi ' Oh, kenapa tak pergi Jaya Two?'

'Jaya Two tu macam mana?'

Uncle Misai buat muka tak boleh blah lagi macho.

' Macam Jaya One,'

Kami pun tersengih-sengih.

'Oh, ye ke? terima kasih!' lalu kami pun bergerak meninggalkan UIA terchenta.

Di Wendy's, kami asyik membicarakan tentang Uncle Misai yang orang ingatkan garang, rupanya baik
-______-.
Kami tak pergi pun Jaya Two sebab dah kenyang sangat.

MANA ADA JAYA TWO DAAAAA....

Uncle Misai yang caring lagi sarcastic. Apa kes dating2 ni? >__<
Eh cop, Uncle Misai ke tu? O___o

The Jemster and The Sarcastic's Day Out

This is a diary entry. You don't have to read this. :D

Jem and I went to Jaya One.
The 'Uncle Misai' is not on duty today. Thank God! I was thinking of being sarcastic towards him after that 'unfortunate event'. Payback time. Ok, next time.

OMG! Both of us didn't set eyes on each other since MARCH TWO THOUSAND EIGHT! Yes, waktu dapat result SPM! Imagine that!
And yet, when I found her waiting for me in front of the gate, I shrieked 'Jem!' in delight and put my hand over her shoulder and walked to Jaya One.

We went to Wendy's for lunch and both of us (okay, maybe it's just me) had been talking non-stop since 1.30 pm till Mich sent me back to my hostel.
I had a very heavy lunch there. One spicy chicken sensation burger, one medium sized lemon tea, one medium sized fries and a plastic carton of OREO ICE CREAM!
I thought that I can't finish the Ice Cream because I was so FULL. But I managed to finish it anyway. All of the food. Soul said that ' Sarah can/will eat everything'. Teehee.

Then we went sightseeing around Jaya One talking and talking. Went to Guardian's.

Then, both of us went to Cold Storage. We kept on talking and talking again. I feel surprised and delighted at the same time. Jem and I were good buddies during school but we weren't that close and we had never even hang out together. I thought that I'm gonna go all speechless throughout the date but I found out that I can talk non-stop for like, almost 3 hours! AWESOME!

We went to the Optometry Shop. Jem wanna buy a really cool glasses with really cool frames. Found one but she said that she'd have to wait for her parents. :P
Then, we walked around Cold Storage and she told about her life in Gombak and all. I was so freaking jealous that a friend of hers, Asyraff a.k.a an Economics Student is in the UIA Debate team and till now, he had travelled all around the world (okay, almost) namely, Holland, Bangladesh, bla bla just because he is in the debate team! I WANT I WANT! *SCREAM* Oh yeah, apparently, UIA Kuantan doesn't have its own Debate Team/Club. Kalau ada pun tak active macam kat Gombak. HOW PATHETIC AND LAME!!!

Went to the CD shop. Tak tau pun sebelum ni ada CD shop kat JAYA ONE! Okay, that is just an ordinary VCD/CD /DVD shop. Not really much stuffs. Lots of pirated DVDs labelled in files and arranged in alphabetical orders.
Original DVDs and Blu-Ray DVDs pun ada. Samantha Who? Veronica Mars, Ugly Betty, etc. Jem said she's gonna transfer/give me the 'Veronica Mars' series.
Went upstairs to this particular bookshop. BLOODY! The shop was closed! PFTTTT!!! And they put a list of books with discounts in front of the shop.
SHOPAHOLIC series. Each book originally costs about RM 30 + but the price has been reduced to
RM 18.90! BEST KANNNNN.... They even sell Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code  for
'RM 22.90! WHOAAAAA!!!! I'm SO GONNA HIT that bookshop again next week! I'm gonna borong all the books that I want! MUAHAHAHAHA. And thus I kena save duit. :P

Jem gave me a REALLY KAWAII ORANG UTAN KEYCHAIN from her trip to Sabah. I hung the keychain at the board in front of me now. The Orang Utan's smiling at me! CUTEE!! Hahahahaha

Both of us gave our names and signatures for the 'SAVE OUR FORESTS' campaigns/ petitions. You can see my name there. 'Sarah Kushairi'. :D
Jem was annoyed when one girl called her 'Kakak' and I kept on laughing uncontrollably.
The same goes with me. That Guardian PAKCIK called me KAKAK when I wanted to pay for my stuffs at the counter. Haha. Tak kisah pun. ;P

Then, both of us sat on one of the chairs with coffee table outside Coffee Bean when one Chinese Guy approached us, talking with a Chinese accented Malay, saying he's from Spastic Children Foundation, something like that. He called both of us Kakak. Jem looked annoyed again. I just grinned. He let us see the document with his name and I.C numbers on it and Jem pointed to the I.C number, 90-somethingsomething.

' Eh, we're of the same age!' I pointed out.
And off he started talking in English.
' Oh really? I've just finished my Form 6. Now waiting for the application for Monash University,'.
And blah-blah-blah. Both of us bought the door hangers that read:

MAJOR NAP IN PROGRESS
DO NOT DISTURB

One for RM10. He said that the RM 10 can support one Spastic Child for a week. YAAY US! WE ARE DELIGHTED TO HELP!

Then, we walked around Jaya One. One lady gave us a cute sample of handmade soap. Then, Michelle came to pick us up. Both of them wanted to head to Mid Valley Megamall and asked me whether I wanted to come but oh nooo.. I gotta study. Jem takpela, she's gonna go back to SP tomorrow. HUHUHU.
By the way, THANKS FOR THE RIDE, MICH!

Ok, that's all. I WANNA MEET MARIAM, FARAHIN, MALIZAH, FARAZUNA, SURAYA AND AININ and the REST of CONVENT PEOPLE AGAIN!

Jem and I made a plan that we're gonna go visit Convent during her long breaks in April. OK, CAN'T WAIT FOR IT! :D

The Make-ups 'Rendezvous'

Make-ups. Make-up and girls. Quite similar to guys and errr...cars?
I'm a girl. Sure, I wear make-ups on certain occasions. I was FORCED to wear them. Let's see.
1. When I was ELEVEN. My first time ever of wearing make-ups. I entered a Dancing Performance. I shan't elaborate further on this. Okay, don't ask.
2. When I was SEVENTEEN (?) I entered a Pesta Pantun (Pantun Competition) State Level. The teacher in charge forced me to wear make-ups.
3. And now....

NINETEEN. Approaching twenty this year. And I was forced to wear it again. Make-ups. Singular or plural? Okay, don't care.

My definition of make-ups is:
Eyeliner plus blusher plus eyeshadows. Not exactly a definition, I know.

This is how it started.
Hazie 'invited' (she dragged me, like seriously, LOL XD) me to her room because she wanted to see everyone's dresses for the AGD. So-called prom. *shudder*. Islamic way *yeah, of course*.
I was the first 'victim'. And off she applied all sorts of 'face crayons and paints' onto my face.
Then, she applied the mascara. Okay, the one with the volumizing stuff. White base coat apakebendaentah.
And she put that thingy where people used to curl their eyelashes. Eyelashes curlers, I think.

Everyone kept on saying ' Wah, panjang giler!' ('So LONG!') and even 'Orang gila je yang ada bulu mata panjang macam ni,'( Normal people do not have this kind of lashes, they mean it in a good way, of course). I kept my mouth closed and trying to suppress the yawn. Clearly, I was sleepy. And a bit bored. Huhu. The way they stared at me made me feel as if I was an alien from Mars. An alienette (female alien) with long eyelashes. O__o
I'll just make this short. When I looked at myself in the mirror, I had a shock of my life.

Pretty? NOT THE LEAST.
In fact, I LOOKED HORRENDOUS!
Like, seriously!

It's not like, in the 'Transformation' columns in magazines or the 'Style by Jury' or even the 'Tangkap Muat' kind of surprise. Those are pleasant surprises. They feel that they looked better with make-ups.
Not for me, though. Though everyone in the room kept on complimenting on how I looked (The Power of Make-Ups, duh), I still feel uncomfortable and uneasy. I wasn't being myself. Sure, it's just make-ups. No big deal, you might say. But seriously, I don't feel good wearing make-ups. I don't even have the secret pleasure of saying 'I look good/pretty' upon looking at my reflection in the mirror.

I LOOKED OLD! MATURED! I don't like that!
I'm not saying that Hazie is not a good stylist/ makeup person. She is really good with make-ups. EXCELLENT! She did good jobs on herself and others. Maybe it's just me. I simply do not look good with make-ups. I mean, I don't feel good/ comfortable wearing make-ups. Maybe I feel good about myself without make ups all these while. Sorry, Hazie. But it's nice to do that once in a while.:) 'Girly moments', as my roommate Syidah called it.

Plus, they said that I looked like a Vietnamese lady (have they ever seen one before?). Ada ke patut?? At least cakapla I looked like Japanese ke hape (sungguh tak sedar diri, LOL).
Okayla, wanna see my face with make-ups on? Okay, scroll down.. Down down and down.... It's rare to see my pictures, let alone with MAKEUPS on!

UNVEILED!

(of course, I'm exaggerating XD )

I still remember the time when I was 6 and Syafiq was 4. We (both of us + parents) went to a shopping mall in Singapore/ KL (can't recall) and there were two clowns with helium filled balloons. They gave one to me and I said 'Thank you' though I was deeply terrified.
They gave another balloon to Syafiq and as the clown put his face nearer to Syafiq as to hear him saying 'Thanks', Syafiq let out a loud cry and kept on crying. The clown tried to calm him down but to no avail, failed to do so. The cryings were getting worse. They finally 'released' Syafiq and Syafiq stopped crying immediately. A great actor, he was (is).

As a conclusion, I won't wear any blusher or extra base coat of mascara. Eyeliners too. They hurt my eyes.I don't have any idea on how to use the eyelashes curler. Mascara is acceptable. Minus the white base coat.
Neutral foundation. NOT WHITE. And I shan't shimmer any powder on my lips either (the idea is that the lipstick colour will last longer). And I'm happy with the Cherry flavoured vaseline, thank you very much.

Pheww.. 3.23 a.m in the morning now. Good night (morning), minna san!

P.S. I had a hard time scrubbing the mascara and eyeliner OFF my eyes. Nope, I do not OWN  nor POSSESS any eye make-up remover, thank you very much.

Physics oh Physics

'Aina and I just came back from Central Spine. We went to Bro. Wan Shahrum's room to ask him some questions about the tutorial.

I was a bit blurred and blanked when Sir asked me the question about the vector stuffs. And so, both of them got to explain to me what the question's all about. LOL. Physics is not my forte, let alone ELECTRICITY. I really miss SPRING, HOOKE'S LAW, SOUND and WAVES. Electricity? Magnetism? What the heck? I understand the concepts but the questions could be so confusing and tricky. For example. There are two subquestions in one question. Subquestion (a) and (b). In order to find the answer for subquestion (a) you have to solve subquestion (b) first. How am I supposed to know that? Okay, maybe it doesn't really sound complicated to those who are reading this. He could see that I was a bit upset and he said ' It's okay, it's okay,'. I tried to suppress a smile and said ' Yes, I'm learning,' and 'Aina nodded. But I managed to get back on the line later on and get a grasp on the following questions.

Those questions are really hard but in the end, I know how to solve the questions. I can see the steps clearly now in my mind. Alhamdulillah. So, got to write out those steps neatly onto the paper and make sure everything finished by this afternoon.
Then, I need to complete the 21 questions of Chemistry Tutorial. Study more. Ganbatte!
